KALE ME CRAZY
FRANCHISE
why kale me crazy?
Kale Me Crazy was born out of a personal need. Founder and CEO Roi Shlomo wanted to change his diet, but so few places served organic and nutritious food in a quick and easy environment. And when they did, the food just wasn’t good. In 2013, Roi set out to create a new restaurant concept: a superfood kitchen that serves healthy and nutritious food in a fast casual setting.
Our menu follows multiple healthy trends without limiting ourselves to one particular category. We have a sustainable concept: incorporating the newest healthy trends into our offering and keeping our menu dynamic.
